Three Raw Superstars in the WWE Draft Should Be…

As we look at the WWE Draft in terms of the Raw brand, many superstars could find themselves on another brand. Some storylines could be impacted by a change to another brand. Also, there could be the start of new ones. Without further ado, here are three Raw superstars that should be heading to another brand.

Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss was last seen at the Royal Rumble premium live event in January after losing to Bianca Belair. Following the match, a video package aired as Bliss watched highlights of her time with Bray Wyatt. This feels like we may see her back with Wyatt on Smackdown.

Bliss is a three-time Raw Women’s Champion and two-time Smackdown Women’s Champion. She would shake up the roster there on the blue brand with Wyatt once again and be a singles star.

Asuka

Unfortunately, Asuka found herself on the losing end on Night Two of WrestleMania against Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship. It seems as if there’s nothing left for “The Empress” on Raw, which is no fault of her own. She’s not appeared on Raw programming since WrestleMania.

A change of scenery would be ideal for one of the top stars in the women’s division. Her character shift will undoubtedly be of great benefit to the Smackdown brand. Given her Hall of Fame resume, Asuka deserves better.

Dakota Kai

This is based on the clear friction within the Damage CTRL faction as of late. Dakota Kai looks to be on the outside looking in as IYO SKY and Bayley might become a future feud. What’s more, SKY became the No. 1 contender for Belair’s championship, meaning she’ll be going nowhere.

Kai is a talented superstar who has gotten lost in the shuffle and has proven she is a phenomenal singles star. A move to Smackdown will allow Kai to move out of the shadows of both SKY and Bayley.

WWE Draft Honorable Mention

Becky Lynch

All things considered, there was a clear temptation to put “The Man” Becky Lynch on this list. However, would the company move Lynch to Smackdown as a feud with Hall of Famer Trish Stratus is imminent? In addition, Candice LaRae and “Michin” Mia Yim would be great additions to the blue brand.
