Three Fascinating Matches at Elimination Chamber

In truth, this year’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view is taking place at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. What’s more, there are three great matches with some talented female superstars. Without a doubt, these matches should be amazing for varying reasons. That said, here are my thoughts and predictions for each match.

Raw Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lita

Overall, this match takes me back as a longtime Lita fan growing up in the heart of the Attitude Era. She is a four-time Women’s Championship in addition to being a WWE Hall of Famer. Lita has faced the likes of Mickie James and fellow Hall of Famer Trish Stratus in her illustrious career.

In order words, she has faced the best of her generation and now she’ll face one of the best in this generation at Elimination Chamber. With this in mind, Becky Lynch, aka “The Man,” is the current Raw’s Women’s Champion whose career is Hall of Fame worthy.

To clarify, she has been Raw Women’s Champion twice, SmackDown Women’s Champion four times, and the 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble Match winner.

Correspondingly, these two should put on a great match. Moreover, as much as the young me would love to see Lita win, I see the reign of The Man continuing on.

Elimination Chamber Match for Raw Women’s Championship No. 1 contender: Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Doudrop vs. Nikki A.S.H. vs. Alexa Bliss

All things considered, there’s a lot to unpack here. Firstly, all of these women deserve to be the number one contender. On a personal level, seeing a superstar like Doudrop compete in this match is awesome to see.

In addition, having former champions like Bianca Belair, Nikki A.S.H. Rhea Ripley, and Alexa Bliss adds intrigue. Another key point is that Liv Morgan has been in the championship picture for some time now.

By all means, I sense that this match boils down to two superstars to me: Belair and Bliss. To be clear, there’s a chance I could be unequivocally wrong. For Belair, the prospect of a Lynch vs. Belair match at WrestleMania is a viable path.

By comparison, Bliss and her journey back to the ring needs a payoff. My gut is leaning towards Bliss but the mind for Belair.

Ronda Rousey & Naomi vs. Charlotte Flair & Sonya Deville

In essence, this match intermingles two storylines. At this time, Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair and Naomi and Sonya Deville are feuding. This match may not necessarily progress either one’s storyline in the long run. Yet, it should be entertaining. To emphasize, Rousey will have one hand tied behind her back in this Elimination Chamber match.

All in all, I see Rousey and Naomi winning the bout in what should be a great match with four accomplished superstars. Given these points, the Elimination Chamber women’s card will be impressive and on full display in Saudi Arabia.
